Anna is a strategic finance and operations executive with over 15 years of experience supporting high-growth, venture- and private equity-backed life science and technology companies. She specializes in building scalable infrastructure from the ground up—helping early-stage organizations translate bold scientific visions into operationally sound, finance-ready businesses. Specifically, she has led finance, accounting, HR, and IT functions across multiple startups and growth-stage companies, built teams across departments, implemented ERP systems, and supported brownfield and greenfield facility construction. Anna has worked closely with executives on board reporting, FP&A, M&A due diligence, and financial integrations across domestic and international acquisitions. She has also supported large-scale capital raises, participated in private equity transactions exceeding $1 billion in enterprise value, and driven process improvements that accelerated close cycles, improved cash flow, and enhanced operational transparency.

With a Master of Biomanufacturing from NC State, a Master of Accountancy from The University of Iowa, and a background as a CPA, Anna is passionate about empowering founders to build disciplined, investor-ready organizations while preserving the innovative energy that drives early-stage success.
