Ricardo is a global business leader with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion across technology and industrial sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Hitachi, and multiple startups, leading initiatives across global sales and business development, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions.
At IBM, Ricardo contributed to the launch of the original IBM Personal Computer in New York and later, in Silicon Valley, built and led a multi-billion-dollar worldwide distribution channel for IBM components. Later, as WW Director of Global Distribution Sales and Business Development, he drove product introductions, expanded international markets, and selected, onboarded, and led relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Combining corporate leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset, Ricardo has helped small and mid-sized companies successfully launch products, scale operations, and expand across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech. Fluent in Spanish, Ricardo is family-oriented and also passionate about music, sports, and travel.
